Function _parseAdminServiceDataPrivate

    Parses the layers array and will filter subsets of Layers and Tables Layers and Tables are both returned in the layers array when we access a feature service from the admin api.

    Parameters

      The data of the feature service

    Returns any

    A mutated version of the provided adminData
