Parses the ogc:SortBy node for an XML based request.

Parameters:

context - the operation context

sortByNode - the ogc:SortBy node

xpath - an XPath to enable queries (properly configured with name spaces)

Throws:

OwsException - if validation fails

XPathExpressionException - if an XPath related exception occurs
